Molly is a powerhouse artist + project manager dedicated to the intersection of art, community, and activism. Cutting her teeth at Middle West and continuing her work at Third Wave, she has grown to manage multiple clients (Bon Iver, S. Carey, Bizhiki, Poliça), several Grammy-nominated album campaigns, countless tour dates, and anti-domestic and sexual violence campaign 2 A Billion, raising over $1.45 million for shelters and advocacy organizations. She was named a member of Pollstar’s 2023 Impact: NextGen class for her extensive work on the 2 A Billion campaign.

Through her work in the national + international music scene over the last decade, Molly has collaborated with cultural and social mainstays including: First Avenue, SXSW, Hollywood Bowl, The Trevor Project, Secretly Group, Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra’s Liquid Music, The Kennedy Center, Direct Relief, Kobalt Music, Effect Partners, and many others. 

Molly has also participated in and volunteered for: Robbinsdale Human Rights Commission; Prairie Fire Choir; Minnesota Wildlife Rehabiltation Center; and more.
